Assistant Brand Manager

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about brand building and developing products with added value for consumers. He/she will join a dynamic team and will work cross-functionally to deliver the company vision and strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Brand Managers to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand enhancement
  • Work with Brand Managers to contribute insights for new product launches and product improvements.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, print media, and social media
  • Develop and implement consumer engagement tactics, including loyalty programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
  • Assist in managing the brand’s budget to ensure cost-effective marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in marketing tactics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
