The Company conducts a comprehensive salary analysis every five (5) years to ensure there are no disparities based on discrimination. Comparisons are made across:

- Teams
- Job levels
Factors considered include:
- Qualifications
- Experience
- Performance
In the event of detected pay inequality, corrective actions are taken, along with preventive measures in future recruitments.
3. Performance Evaluation
The Company has developed clear and objective performance evaluation criteria. Evaluators are trained to assess performance without bias, excluding any reference to age, gender, marital status, etc.
